pixld ("we") runs this website to sell and deliver a live D2C ad audit. This page explains what we collect and why.

What we collect

• Booking details you enter on the booking page: name, email, phone and answers about your brand.
• Payment confirmation from our payment processor (Razorpay). We never see or store your card or UPI details.
• How you use this site: pages and sections viewed, time on page, buttons clicked, device type, approximate city, and the ad or link that brought you here.

Why

• To schedule and deliver your audit and send your report.
• To measure which ads and pages work. We use the Meta Pixel and Meta Conversions API; contact details are sent to Meta only in hashed form to match ad clicks to bookings.

Sharing

We don't sell your data. We share it only with the services that run the audit: the booking tool, Razorpay, Meta (for ad measurement), and our hosting and database providers.

Your accounts

If you give view-only access to your ad or store accounts, we use it only for your audit. Remove it any time after your report.

Retention

Website usage data is deleted after about 60 days. Booking and payment records are kept as long as needed for tax and accounting.
